A major issue in America today is a lack of education amongst our youth. The education system is pretty much broken. We must solve this issue at the beginning, when the child’s brain first begins to develop. If we can change the learning habitats of our youth now we will be able to solve this dilemma and future crisis. About Seven Thousand students drop out every school day! That number is insane and way too high. The solution is to make education more valuable and viable to our youth, we need our teachers, our parents and future parents to make sure their children and students understand the importance of education and to value it has.
Some suggestions: "amongst" seems like a odd usage in that sentence. Are they lacking education or perhaps they don't see the value in education, lack of motivation or lack of discipline? Solve this threat and avert a future crisis. Almost seven thousand..instead of "about". That number is too high. (A short strong statement can carry more authority than using an overstatement like "insane". If America hopes to continue to lead in the world in technical expertise and innovation, her youth needs .....whatever you think the solution is...:o)
